With the release of Monte Rosa the HOPR DAO can fulfil another DAO promise, voted on in the second DAO experiment! 🤝

27,000 DAI will be distributed as part of the early phase of Monte Rosa testing:
👉 13,500 DAI will go to the first 100 node runners
👉 13,500 DAI will be split between the first 300 other addresses on the waitlist
