Hi everyone. Apologies for the intermittent forum outages. Our setup seems to be near to memory capacity (possibly because we're constantly bombarded by spam posts). I'm going to be making a lot of posts over the next few hours as we head to the next stage of governance discussion, so it's likely it will be down at times. It usually restarts very quickly. Our devops team is focused on protocol stuff today, but hopefully tomorrow we can upgrade things at the back end to provide more capacity.
