But for all issues relating to node connectivity or issues with your node being unresponsive, please consult the HOPR troubleshooting wizard first. 🧙
After going through the materials provided in the wizard, if your issue is not solved, it will let you contact us with all the information we need for a quick diagnostic.
This is the best practice for getting your issue resolved, as we need all this information in one place to troubleshoot your node properly. ✅
